Here's why I built Founder Coach.
My goal is simple. To reduce the time you spend on operations by 80%, refocus that time on high-impact strategic activities that drive your company forward, and help you become a better executive team leader and CEO of a scaling tech company.
We’ll achieve this transformation with proven CEO tools and systems. Quarterly CEO Gameplans. Wednesday Workshops and Masterminds (with repeats every other Friday). 1-1 Coaching Calls when needed. A CEO Slack for feedback and Q&A. And bi-annual, in-person CEO Coaching Intensives.
The model is straightforward:
We kick off with a CEO planning session designed to surface your biggest opportunities for growth and help you free up your time to focus on quick-win strategies during your first 30 days.
Then, you’ll get to work on a number of personal missions, with the full support of me, the entire Founder Coach team, and a supportive and experienced CEO community.
(Note: The initial month is tactical — focused on cutting down your operational workload and setting you up for higher leverage projects, leveraging our Role Reset™ methodology so you have fewer team meetings, more accountability, and greater impact.)
